Marketing Coordinator

Insight Architects, an award-winning small architecture and interior design firm based in Charlotte, is looking for a full-time, experienced Marketing Coordinator.
We are looking for a person with superior written, oral and design communication skills, effective project time management skills, strong organizational abilities, and who is detail orientated. This person will work independently as well as be part of a team. Familiarity with the Charlotte A/E market is beneficial.

Responsibilities include

Managing the proposal process and submissions, including drafting proposals.

Managing the coordination of all graphic and written assets of the firm utilizing firm's graphic standard template

Updating marketing & project database
-
Managing and updating social media websites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)

Coordinating, designing and distributing ongoing newsletters and/or email blasts
-
Coordinating new project photography
-
Managing award submittals and surveys
-
Assisting in coordinating the firm’s PR needs, including potential speaking and writing opportunities for the firm's Principal.
Attributes
-
BA in Marketing, Design or English preferred
-
Minimum of 3 years marketing experience (AEC industry related a plus)

Experience with SF254/255 and SF330 forms
-
Proficiency InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel, Word Outlook
-
Able to work well with deadlines, multi-task, and follow-through
