The
existing craftsman style residence is located
in the Historic Dilworth Neighborhood and
featured many historical architectural details.
Insight sought to add approximately 2,500
square feet to the existing residence while
preserving the bungalow appearance of the
original home. The addition, featuring a
new great room, four new bedrooms, four full
baths and a two car garage, was set back
from the front of the house and took advantage
of the sloped site so as not to significantly
alter the front elevation. Many of the original
details were replicated or re-adapted on
the addition.
